1. How do I find my size?
We recommend taking a few key measurements: pit to pit, waist, hips, and inseam. Once you have these measurements, refer to our size chart, which provides guidance based on your body measurements. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us for personalized sizing advice!
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s site using this tracking number. If you don't receive it or have trouble tracking, please contact us.
3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery, but if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
4. What should I do if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, it will be clearly marked on the product page. Some of our items may come back in stock however we offer a wide range of items, therefore have a look through our items to see if there is another item that takes your eye. If you need assistance finding similar items, feel free to contact us!
5. Do you offer gift cards?
Not at this time, however we plan on launching these in the near future as our business grows.
6. How do I return an item?
We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us to discuss this further. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return. You will need to follow the return policy, which includes returning items within a specified time frame and in unworn, unused condition.

8. Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, whilst we grow our business we are only focusing on shipping within the UK.

10. What should I do if my order is damaged or defective?
We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged or defective item. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will make it right.
11. Do you offer promotions or discounts?
Yes, we regularly offer promotions, seasonal discounts, and special offers! To stay updated on the latest sales and discounts, be sure to subscribe to our newsletter. You can also follow us on social media for exclusive deals and sneak peeks.
12. Can I use multiple discount codes on a single order?
We typically allow one discount code per order. If you have multiple offers, we recommend using the one that provides the best discount. If you’re unsure, reach out to customer service and we’ll help you find the best option!
13. How do I know if an item will fit me?

14. Are the colors on the website accurate?

15. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to change the address.
